Sam Lowings
Sam was born and raised in Cambridge. He has been helping locals with their mortgages, property purchases, and insurance policies for over a decade. With a vast knowledge base, strong integrity, and a loyal customer following, Sam specialises in guiding clients through the complexities of mortgages and financial protection. Whether assisting first-time buyers or company owners with large property portfolios, he takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation before offering tailored advice. Sam is passionate about educating his clients, helping them set achievable goals, understand their financial choices, and implement strategies to secure their future.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time outdoors, cycling, and playing golf and snooker. He is an active dad and husband who loves making the most of family time. Whether it's booking weekend getaways, attending local events, or finding fun ways to keep the family entertained.
Vinnie Tesse
Vinnie is a well-established consultant at Cambridge & Country Financial. With a strong background in estate agency within the Cambridge market, Vinnie brings extensive expertise to both new and experienced clients. He takes the time to guide his clients through the entire process, making sure they understand everything, and no small detail is overlooked. His clients appreciate his knowledge and are often eager to recommend him to friends, family and colleagues. Over time, Vinnie has developed a notable specialism in supporting portfolio landlords and devotes considerable effort to helping them maximise their portfolios.
Outside of work, Vinnie enjoys playing tennis, staying active, and remains a devoted football fan, often travelling back to Milan to watch his team play! He also has a passion for languages and speaks fluent Italian, allowing him to connect naturally with clients across Cambridge’s diverse community.
James Munro
Born and raised in Cambridge, James is the latest addition to Cambridge & Country Financial as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor.
Before moving into financial services, James worked for many years as a Lettings Negotiator, gaining hands‑on experience in the residential property market and developing a deep understanding of both landlord and tenant needs. Alongside his advisory work, he is also a buy‑to‑let landlord, giving him practical insight into property investment, portfolio management, and the wider rental landscape.
This blend of advisory expertise and real‑world property experience enables James to offer clients clear, grounded guidance, whether they are purchasing their first home, refinancing, expanding a portfolio, or protecting their family’s future.
Outside of work, James is an active person who enjoys tennis, padel, cycling, and travelling. Cambridge has always been home, and he is proud to support clients across the city and beyond with straightforward, reliable advice.
